Several significant developments have been completed in Basilicata and Calabria.
Over time, following market dynamics, it has expanded its expertise, establishing itself as a prominent construction company in the industrial sector. It often acts as an operational support to the family’s primary company, GDM Margherita.
In recent years, it has developed a strong focus on forestry and natural engineering projects.

MARBIO is a sustainable agriculture project by the Margherita family.
On family-owned lands located in Basilicata, organic grains are cultivated to produce items such as flour, pasta, taralli, and craft beer, all under the MarBio brand.
This initiative serves as a way to diversify the group’s activities while preserving the environment and respecting nature.
As of now, MarBio products are not for sale but are used for personal consumption or donated to collaborators and charitable organizations.
